How to taste and understand a real French wine?

French Studio organized a professional winetasting for our students at Toots Brasserie. Situated in the Sultan Hotel, this French brasserie was the perfect location to discover the French culture.
We tasted delicious French wines and enjoyed the homemade canapés and amuse-bouches. The wine expert, Guillaume explained us about the origin, history, the taste of the wine and learned us new French vocabulary.
The students savoured the wine and discussed in French about le bouquet, la robe, les canapés et amuse-bouches and had lot’s of ” plaisir “!
